Failed

Bother. Three serious and fifteen minor faults: sticking out too far when reversing round a corner, not checking blind spot when moving off, and either signalling too late or stopping signalling too late.

More lessons and another test ordered, but no date yet.

I'd better think of something tasty to do with the cabbage. papersky has a wonderful recipe with cream and butter, but the version I remembered didn't come out anything like hers.

All the best drivers fail first time round. I did too :)

As for the cabbage, fry it up in some nice olive oil with a bit of salt and pepper and some nutmeg. Lovely, especially if it's Savoy :)

Sorry to hear that, but you're in good company - and bad company too, admittedly, given that I failed first time out :) (haven't got round to carrying on yet: this was six, seven years ago.)

What they all said; if it helps, I've still not even taken my test, and I'm sure I'd fail it the first time (my mum did and I take after her).
