Bother. Three serious and fifteen minor faults: sticking out too far when reversing round a corner, not checking blind spot when moving off, and either signalling too late or stopping signalling too late.

More lessons and another test ordered, but no date yet.

I'd better think of something tasty to do with the cabbage. papersky has a wonderful recipe with cream and butter, but the version I remembered didn't come out anything like hers.

What they all said; if it helps, I've still not even taken my test, and I'm sure I'd fail it the first time (my mum did and I take after her).

You could always move here, I hear (and see, from the evidence of the drivers in New Jersey) that it's a doddle.
