fivemack | Mmm, cake

Yesterday I went to a committee meeting of the local Ramblers, which was a fine indication of why most meetings whose aim is to achieve something have an agenda and a chair. I'm leading a walk at the end of June, out around Newent towards the Forest of Dean, which should be fun. Aside from as an excuse for a nice pub meal beforehand at the Golden Heart in Nettleton, the meeting was a total waste of time.

hsenag came round for tea today, so for the first time in three months I got round to baking. aendr's lemon cake and some flapjacks, so nothing exciting, but it went down well. Good to see him again.
