Apparently this is the "Bishkek State object for Birds of St. George". I'm not quite convinced that Google Translate is quite right about that. I see St George is doing a good impression of Ghengis Khan slaying a dragon while being attacked by birds. but my understanding of Art may be a bit limited...
It's a great big statue of St George in the middle of Bishkek outside the Philharmonic Hall, which somehow has managed to attract pigeons much more effectively than any other statue in that city not devoid of statues.
