I am moderately obsessive at tracking what I spend money on.

Here are the results for 2004.

LIVE is mostly furniture - I moved into an unfurnished house. FOREX is money spent while on holiday. SLC is my student loan. DRIVING is the cost of lessons and tests. COMPUTER is hardware since games count as ENT.

FOOD is everything from meals at fancy restaurants to cut-price cabbages bought at the local Somerfield.

There would be a SAVINGS slice, but my net savings for the year (discounting interest on money already saved) were exactly zero.

I think the right deduction is that I have a scary amount of disposable income.

Hmm, I also keep track of this kind of thing. For me, last year (post-tax) would have been something like:

Housing (rent + council tax): 76%
Food: 10%
Bills (electricity, phone, net connection): 8%
Other (mainly going out, alcohol, travel, presents for people): 6%

Cambridge is a very expensive place to live :-(

You're doing quite well to have ACCOM <25%. It's been over 33% for me at times of my life. It's between those two extremes at the moment.
