It's a mediocre transcription of a two-hour public lecture, full of [inaudibles] which could be corrected with even a basic history of WW2, and a couple of as-spoken paragraphs which would benefit enormously from an editor putting antecedents on the pronouns, but it's the first time I've heard anyone even near the present US administration quote Eisenhower's final speech admiringly.
