There's a very similar-looking bird in a case in the Natural History Museum this afternoon labelled 'Abyssinian Roller'; but since I was as far from Abyssinia at the time I took the photo as I am from Kazakhstan now, I wouldn't be confident about the adjective.
If the pictures on Wikipedia are anything to go by, it looks a lot more like a European Roller than an Abyssinian one. The colours of the former look closer to the ones in your photo, and the Abyssinian one's tail feathers are totally different whereas yours and the European look to match pretty closely.
