Google Earth for "APS synchrotron" transports you to central Antarctica, rather than Argonne; I suspect someone has messed up latitude and longitude.

Hey, they updated the imagery for the Diamond facility. Last time I looked it was still under construction.

Amusingly, however, their map data retains the old roads, which are shown stopping in the middle of nowhere and even passing straight through the building.
