From previous descriptions of your work set up my confidence in you hardly enters the equation, the real question is whether they've bought a sensible rack and a working server for you to install in the first place.
The rack is just the right size and pretty robust, the sides come off to make life easier, and the server has been checked to work fine before we mounted it.
We just didn't have any rack fixtures, so bolted the ears on either end of the rails to the pillars-with-square-holes-in of the rack with large bolts and washers obtained from Mackays rather than with Special Rack Fixtures from Sun.
