I am reunited with a quantity of dirty laundry, a multitude of gifts that I've handed out to papersky, redbird, zorinth and rysmiel, a small amount of clean clothing, and all my travel documents. Everything is as it was when I packed the bags, so they presumably were lost through disorganisation rather than larceny.

Good that you have your clothes, whether dirty or clean. Good that you have your gifts, in order to mollify the natives. Good that you have your travel documents, because we've missed you here in the UK for a while, and it's good to know you can get back. Happy New Year, whenever you have it.
