fivemackSo, since Wednesday I've been coming down with a cold. My nose runs, my throat hurts, assorted muscles gently ache, I run on Strepsils and Lemsip.
Tomorrow I'm signed up to do a forty-mile charity bike ride, up and down assorted hills. There's £80 in sponsorship riding on this; on the other hand, the cost to the NHS of treating me for bronchitis, pneumonia et al might much exceed that.
